We’ve all faced it. A blank screen (that shouldn’t be blank). A printer that seems to have learned hieroglyphics. A hard drive that thinks it’s funny to hide files from its owner.
Unfortunately for these little cyber demons, they’re no match for TwoRobs. We know more about computers than any two individuals have a right to. And more importantly, we actually like fixing computer systems that are misbehaving. It’s sorta like helping a good friend who has gone astray.
Meet the other Rob, the PC guy. In the past 15 years, Rob Miles has worked on, set up, networked, and blown up (kidding) just about every brand of Windows®-based PC system out there. He looks innocent enough, but when you least expect it, he’ll crack a joke (probably at his own expense), and by the time you stop laughing, your computer will be working again. Yeah, we know, seems like magic. But really, it’s because he knows PCs inside and out.
